Tyler directed major musical theater productions at the school during the 1990s and 2000s, guiding numerous pupils toward professional stardom while instilling a lasting passion for performance in hundreds of others. Former students and Tyler’s family organized the gathering to celebrate her impact on music education and classroom access to the arts.
d’Abo, who lives locally, praised the exceptional talent emerging from Tyler’s training programs.
