European Association for Music in Schools Details EuDaMuS 2027 Participation

The European Association for Music in Schools (EAS) announced that the sixth European Day of Music in Schools (EuDaMuS 2027) will be held in March 2027. The event is set to unite schools, teachers, students and music educators from across Europe to celebrate the role of music education.

According to EAS, participants can engage through classroom‑based activities, live performances, and an online EuDaMuS program. These formats are designed to let educators share inspiring musical experiences and build connections with peers in other countries.

EAS encourages schools and teachers to begin planning now. Whether a school organizes a local musical activity or joins the international online event, the organization says EuDaMuS 2027 offers a valuable chance to showcase how music contributes to learning and community.

The association notes that involvement in EuDaMuS can highlight the impact of music on student development, ensemble work and classroom culture, reinforcing the importance of sustained music education across European schools.
