Hal Leonard is celebrating a major milestone for their Choral YouTube channel, as the “Hal Leonard Choral” channel has surpassed 20,000 subscribers.
With over 12 million total plays of videos from the page, the YouTube channel posts the company’s “ScorePlay” videos, which provide full audio recording and scores of their published works and allow users to easily connect to Hal Leonard or your favorite music retailer.
Started in March 2015, “Hal Leonard Choral” YouTube channel is a perfect resource for directors to review available material, and also gives choir members the chance to be able to practice a piece on their own. Among the most popular videos from the channel include the SATB arrangement, “4 Chords (A Choral Medley),” arranged by Mark Brymer, the SATB arrangement of “This Is Me” from The Greatest Showman arranged by Mac Huff, and the SATB arrangement of “Thankful,” an arrangement from Mark Hayes.
