High School Theater Program: Production Assistant

Production Assistant (District Funds/4 points/$1600)

· Coordinates with the HS Boosters/Director

· Manages account budgets, scheduling, and overall production logistics.

· Manages Billing (props, costumes, lights/sound)

· Manages Tickets Sales (Ludus system)/ Oversees daily operations of the performances.

· Publicity - Promotes the production through posters, school signs, social media, and announcements.

· Program/ Playbill Designer - creates the digital or printed program including one-liners and advertising.

· Coordinates and communicates with the parent volunteers (cast party, t -shirt orders, concession stands, raffle table, candy grams, etc.)
