Provide passing assessment scores and/or proof of registration for the Literacy Performance Assessment and/or TPA, as applicable.
Transcripts
Please upload transcripts showing completion of a baccalaureate or higher degree from an accredited college or university.
Out of country transcripts may be uploaded along with an evaluation from an agency approved by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing. For a list of approved evaluating agencies please, click here.
