Seeking a Primary Music teacher for two days teaching (Monday and Wednesday) for Dartford Music School. We have a fantastic enthusiastic team of teachers going into local Dartford Primary School to deliver whole class specialist music lessons each week. This is partially funded by Sir Mick Jagger. There is also the opportunity for some individual instrumental teaching for the right applicant.

The job requires:

Teaching whole class violin, ukulele and Singing (fully resourced and training available)

Confidence teaching primary school music, basic rhythm notation, singing, musicianship.

Enthusiasm and energy to create a lifelong love of music in our learners.

Dartford Music School is part of Dartford Grammar School and runs music lessons in the evenings and at the weekends to cater both for students from the school as well as members of the outside community, DMS provides lessons to many students from nearby primary schools and runs outreach projects in the local area to engage as many people as possible in music making.

Pay £36 per hour
