We are looking for an enthusiastic, well organised and committed Cover Supervisor to join our team who has excellent behaviour management skills and can provide effective classroom supervision to support learning and teaching when required to cover for short term staff absences, ensuring that the educational provision for students is maintained to the highest standard of attainment and achievement in the absence of their regular teacher.
You will also have a crucial Performing Arts role in overseeing equipment, costumes and contributing to the extra-curricular programme and supporting our Performing Arts teachers. You will also cover lessons in the Performing Arts department and other lessons across the school during periods of absence. You will also assist in supporting organising cover for absent staff when required and other Performing Arts related admin support .
Previous experience of working in a school setting with children and young people is essential as is a desire to want to make a difference.
