About the Employer

Nuestro Elementary School District is a small, one-school district nestled in a local farming community at the base of the Sutter Buttes in Sutter County. We are proud to offer our students a safe, family atmosphere where they earn a top-notch education! The school district continues to access new technology for learning, and we use a Structured Intervention approach to help students fill educational gaps. We also provide after school care to support our families. Our goal is that every child receives the foundation they need to live successful, joyful lives. The Nuestro Elementary School District vision is that the school environment is one in which all students are able to grow and succeed in a safe community atmosphere. Parents are important partners in their children's education, and we encourage parental involvement in a variety of ways. We all work to support our students and expect the very best.

Job Summary

Credentialed. .2 FTE (one day per week). TK-5th Grades.

Requirements / Qualifications

A complete application file will consist of the following:

1) Cover Letter.

2) A resume with full details of experience and training, education, and other qualifications.

3) At least three letters of recomendation.

4) A copy of current credential(s) or affidavit of application.

5) College Transcripts

Must hold valid California teaching credential and CLAD or equivalent authorization.

Must meet subject matter competency.

Must meet requirements as listed on the Job Description.
