The Judd School is a high performing boys’ grammar school which is enriched by a mixed sixth form. Our 2025 Ofsted Report deemed us to be Outstanding in all areas.

The Judd School has a thriving Music Department. Pupils of all abilities and interests are encouraged to engage in the extensive programme of extra-curricular activities on offer. Performance opportunities include large-scale termly concerts, solo recitals, contemporary evenings, musicals and performance competitions for students of all abilities. A skilled and dedicated team of 24 peripatetic instrumental staff deliver weekly lessons in a wide range of instruments.

Please note this position is a peripatetic role and would suit a self-employed musician. The successful candidate would not be an employee of the school.
