Position Title:    Band Technician- Band  2026-27

Location: John Adams High School

Salary Range:       Appendix II Stipend- $1380.00

Contract Length:   2026-27 School Year

Immediate Supervisor:      Band Director  &   SBCSC Fine Arts Coordinator

Basic Function:   Assist the band director and assistant director as needed in a specialized area, such as percussion, woodwind, or brass in preparation for performances and competitions throughout the school year.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:   The band technician will work with specifically identified groups of student musicians as they prepare for various performances. Specific performance goals and areas of attention will be identified by the band director in regard to individual student groups.

Qualifications: Experience in working with a high school marching and concert band.
