  • Guide students through film theory, textual analysis, genre studies, production techniques and critical interpretation.
  • Develop students' ability to deconstruct film texts and critically examine bias, perspective, representation and media literacy.
  • Introduce students to the creative and technical processes of filmmaking, including planning, shooting and editing using digital video equipment and industry-relevant technologies.
Beyond the Classroom
  • Build positive and productive relationships with students, colleagues and parents through effective communication and a commitment to student growth.
  • Serve as a Teacher Advisor and contribute to the pastoral life of the school.
  • Embrace opportunities to support co-curricular and extracurricular programmes, performances and productions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enrich the wider student experience and contribute to a thriving Fine Arts community.
