Presented as Part of Juilliard’s Daniel Saidenberg Faculty Recital Series

The Juilliard String Quartet performs quartets by Beethoven, Haydn, and Shulamit Ran on its final concert this season as part of Juilliard’s Daniel Saidenberg Faculty Recital Series on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 8 p.m. in Alice Tully Hall. Members of the Juilliard String Quartet are violinists Joseph Lin and Ronald Copes, violist Roger Tapping, and cellist Joel Krosnick. The program features Haydn’s String Quartet in G Major, Op. 33, No. 5 (Hob. III:41); Shulamit Ran’s String Quartet No. 2, “Vistas”; and Beethoven’s String Quartet No. 16 in F Major, Op. 135. Tickets for $30 are available at events.juilliard.edu, by calling CenterCharge (212) 721-6500, or at the Alice Tully Hall Box Office. Tickets for Juilliard students are free; non-Juilliard students may purchase tickets for $15, only at the Alice Tully Hall Box Office. The Juilliard String Quartet continues its touring season in Asia in late March and early April with stops in Singapore, Guangzhou, Shanghai, and Tianjin.
