Murphy Music Press Releases Beginning Band Adaptable Series

Murphy Music Press’ Beginning Band Adaptable Series is now available. The first two volumes feature a collection of eight new Grade 0.5 compositions for flexible instrumentation.

Murphy Music Press is excited to announce the release of our Beginning Band Adaptable Series!  The first two volumes feature a collection of eight new and unique Grade 0.5 compositions for flexible instrumentation. These compositions expand the variety of beginning band programing with diverse composers such as: Katahj Copley, Steve Danyew, Danielle Fisher, Tyler Grant, Joe Jaxon, Amber Sheeran, Jay Taylor and Roger Zare. There will be approximately eight more adaptable tunes added to the series over the next two months. This series is edited by Robert Ambrose, Director of Bands at Georgia State University, and Mary Cogswell, South Dakota Bandmasters Association President and 2019 South Dakota SBO 50 Directors Who Makes a Difference.
