Navy Band Northwest performed for the arrival of the Freedom Plane in Renton, Washington, on July 27, 2026.
The event was reported by DVIDS, which highlighted the band’s role in the ceremony.
DVIDS said the Freedom Plane is transporting an original engraving of the Declaration of Independence, a draft of the Constitution, the Treaty of Paris and the Bill of Rights as part of a national tour that will conclude in Seattle.
The tour is intended to showcase the nation’s founding documents to the public, the DVIDS release added.
