Applications will open July 5 for the new Carter County Music Access Mini Grant, a program designed to make music education more accessible for students throughout the county. The initiative is being organized by Dawson May in partnership with Carter County Drug Prevention, according to a report by elizabethton.com.
The grant aims to assist students facing financial need by providing instruments and other music-related resources that support participation in school and community music programs.
