Godin Guitars introduced the Rik Emmett Premiere, a limited edition signature model created in collaboration with guitarist, songwriter and founding member of Triumph, Rik Emmett.
Designed to capture Emmett’s tone, elegance and decades-long passion for craftsmanship, the model combines Canadian tonewoods with Godin’s attention to detail. It features a Canadian wild cherry body, silver leaf maple neck, Richlite fingerboard and a matched set of MjS humbuckers. Godin said the Rik Emmett Premiere is designed to deliver clarity, warmth and dynamic response. The guitar is finished in Stormy White high gloss, with details intended to reflect the style of its namesake.
Each guitar includes a premium custom hard shell case and an exclusive collector’s package featuring a Rik Emmett guitar pick, postcard/certificate of authenticity and collectible card. The MjS bridge pickup is engraved with the Triumph logo.
