The NUVO Zip-Kit, a fully acoustic, packable drum set, has launched in the U.S. through KHS America. The kit, designed by NUVO Instrumental, is available exclusively through authorized KHS America music retailers nationwide, starting August 3rd.
The NUVO Essential Kit includes an 8-inch snare, 10-inch string-operated hi-hat, kick drum with 90-degree pedal, adjustable stool, integrated practice pad, a pair of 7A hickory drumsticks, and a convenient backpack carrying system. The entire instrument assembles in minutes, weighs just 12.8 pounds and packs into a case smaller than most carry-on luggage.
Traditional acoustic kits demand dedicated space, while electronic setups require power and additional equipment. The Zip-Kit fills the gap with an authentic acoustic playing experience that stores easily in classrooms, apartments, dorm rooms, studios and other small spaces.
