PRS Guitars announced a collaboration with MusicNomad to offer a brand-specific tool kit for instrument owners. The MusicNomad PRS Guitars 18-Piece Tool Kit is designed to work on both PRS and PRS SE Series instruments, offering versatility in one compact, rugged case.
It features a comprehensive set of tools that players need to do all the necessary fine-tuning on their guitar. Capabilities include adjusting the truss rod, intonation, string height, pickup height and everything in between. Specific tools cover saddles, tuner nuts, mounting screws, locking-tuner caps, output jacks, pickguards, strap buttons, electronics backplates, tremolo systems, blade switches and piezo level adjustments.
Included in the kit are four Allen key sizes (0.50 inches, 1/16 inches, 1.5 millimeters, 2 millimeters), seven hex wrench sizes (10 millimeters, 12 millimeters, 14 millimeters, 1/4 inches, 1/2 inches, 7/16 inches), five screwdriver bits comprising three Phillips and two flat-head, and two truss rod wrenches (5/16 inches, 7 millimeters).
The durable aluminum case keeps tools organized and protected in a compact 3 inches by 5.5 inches by 1.4 inches footprint, with a top lid that doubles as a convenient parts tray.
