Swainsboro High School will honor senior marching band members alongside football players and cheerleaders during its Senior Night game against Vidalia on Friday, November 6, at Tiger Field, Emanuel County Live reported.
The recognition comes as the Tigers prepare for their regular-season finale following a 52–13 win over Dodge County on October 30, according to the report. The evening will celebrate senior participants’ dedication, hard work, and contributions to Swainsboro High School.
Emanuel County Live noted that the school is encouraging the community to attend and recognize seniors who have performed under the Friday night lights. The report said these students have given their time and talents to the Tiger tradition, whether on the field, along the sidelines, or in the marching band.
The game is scheduled for 7:30 p.m., and the school is asking Tiger Nation to wear black and gold and fill the stands. Following the regular-season finale, Swainsboro will await its official placement in the GHSA Class AA state playoffs, with the Postseason Rankings power rating system used to determine seeding and matchups, according to the report.
