The Bringham Young University Wind Symphony presents the album Timeless, a collection of wind
band dances and other concert favorites. Containing works by Ryan Nowlin, Dmitri Kabalevsky, and Henry Fillmore, the program for this album covers a wide variety of musical styles for wind band. The Ohio State University Wind Symphony has been a strong advocate for the composition of new works for wind band. This album by the ensemble features the title track, “Network,” as the explosive album opener. Following are works by Benjamin Britten, Gustav Mahler, and Steven Bryant.
