Americase A.T.A. 300 Cases

Americase Inc. designs and manufactures commercial-duty carrying cases for personal travel, air travel or shipping by common carrier. The company’s A.T.A. 300 category cases are constructed of anodized extruded aluminum and other high quality materials that ensure the protection of the case’s contents. These cases are also designed around individual needs and functionality. For instance, sets of cases for a particular instrument can be fitted with a stacking system to increase floor, shelf or truck space. In addition, recessed handles, latches and wheels increase the mobility of the case while decreasing the chances of damage to the hardware. Popular cases include: tuba and sousaphone, large brass instruments, marching horns, multi-instrument cases, audio/video mixing equipment, guitars and keyboards. Visit www.americase.com for more information.

These hard-shell cases are made with the Music Link’s exclusive plastic casing that can withstand up to 200 pounds of pressure without cracking. The interior of these cases is made of high-density polystyrene for excellent protection. These highly durable cases are available for clarinet, flute, alto and tenor sax, trombone, trumpet, violin, viola and cello. Visit www.themusiclink.net for more information.

UniTec ‘Road Tuff’ Sousaphone and Tuba Cases

UniTec Products Corporation has introduced a new line of “Road Tuff” sousaphone and tuba cases, specifically suited for student wear-and-tear. These cases feature a “no hump” design that makes them easily stackable for travel or storage purposes. They have heavy-duty steel corners and braces, full-length piano hinges, recessed butterfly latches and recessed casters. Inside, plush-lined, high impact floating foam protects the instrument from damage. The cases come with a special inner lock construction that makes them virtually indestructible – but just in case, they also come with a lifetime warranty. For more information, visit www.unitecproducts.com.

EMMC’s Gig Bags

The Entertainment Music Marketing Corp. has added Gig Bags to its offerings. These backpack-style instrument bags are available in four “eye-popping” color combos for trumpet, saxophone, trombone, clarinet, flute, soprano sax, French horn, tenor sax and violin. These bags also come equipped with carry and drag handles as an alternative to backpack transport. Accessory and book pouches are included for storage of music and instrument equipment. For more information, contact (800) 345-6013.

PRO TEC International’s Xtreme PRO PAC Cases

The exterior pocket features a built-in organizer for storing pencils, keys and a wallet. A zippered mesh compartment is located outside of the pocket. Contoured, padded backpack straps can be tucked away into their own pocket when not in use. These cases are available in black, electric blue, red, orange, turquoise and yellow for trumpet and alto saxophone. PRO PAC cases for flute and clarinet come in black, blue, green and red and feature a carrying handle, adjustable shoulder strap and rugged closure clips.
