Essential Elements for Band and Essential Elements for Orchestra have announced several updates to their online component, Essential Elements Interactive, that will now allow students more features to enhance their learning.
The EEi All-Music Studio now allows students to record any music, in addition to their EE exercises, to save, share, or submit to their teacher for comments and feedback.
Student Self-Activation is now available so that students can create their own accounts without the help of a teacher, and the new “grade book” for recordings is available to help directors organize, access, and listen to student performances to give timely feedback. Customized self-assessment rubrics also let students include self-assessments, comments, and questions when submitting recordings to their band director.
Schools with multiple EEi teachers can how have access to one shared account which means traveling teachers, assistants, private lesson teachers or other approved people can assist with student learning and feedback.
