Blues Alley Announces Monday Night Jazz Series in April

Noting that April is “Jazz Guitar Month,” Washington, DC-based Blues Alley announced its lineup for Monday night performances on April 5, 12, 19 and 26. All performances begin 8 pm Eastern. Blues Alley also offers a “Master Class” each night at 7:30.

  • April 5 – Dave Chappell feat. Dan Hovey
  • April 12 – Dave Chappell feat. Rick Whitehead
  • April 19 – Dave Chappell feat. “Big Joe” Maher
  • April 26 – Dave Chappell feat. Steve Abshire

On Monday March 29, Blues Alley features a performance by Project Locrea, again at 8 pm Eastern, with a “pre-performance interview” at 7:30 pm.

On Saturday April 24, Blues Alley features 3 Divas’ “Tribute to Ella” at 8 pm Eastern, with a “pre-performance interview” at 7:30 pm.

Tickets are $20 day of show for the performances, and $15 for the pre-performance interviews and “master classes.” Recorded streams in the archives can be viewed for $5.
