Great leaders ask great questions. Thoughtful questions lead to meaningful answers. Great leaders are always thinking about what they can do differently or better to elevate the performance and wellbeing of their team. They invest time in their own self-reflection and personal growth.

Questions take teams and organizations to the next level. Leaders who ask questions demonstrate to their team that they value what their team members think and have to say. Questions give voice, value, and purpose to the team. Questions help lead the way to what the next best step is. Questions help provide clarity and move the group closer to its goals. Questions lead to authentic and productive conversations and collaboration.
