D’Addario Woodwinds announced the expansion of their Clinician Program to involve nine new countries, including Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxemburg, The Netherlands, Spain, and Sweden.

Previously only available in the United States, the D’Addario Woodwinds Clinician Program is focused on creating an easier and more enjoyable music-making experience through exploring equipment and pedagogy for clarinet and saxophone students.

Each session consists of free presentations and product trials tailored to the individual need of the educator and students to introduce the woodwind players in their country to D’Addario’s Woodwinds products (Reserve & Select Jazz reeds and mouthpieces, and some accessories) and have them prescribe our brands to numerous players to develop D’Addario Woodwinds brand in their country. D’Addario Woodwinds’ clinicians are experienced teachers and performers who provide this service to teachers, students, and amateur players through their knowledge of D’Addario products and how to best choose mouthpieces and reeds. These product trials give each student the opportunity to experience the latest in equipment innovation from D’Addario, and to understand the benefits of various mouthpiece, reed, and ligature choices.

In addition to woodwinds educational material, D’Addario Woodwinds’ trained experts are skilled in speaking on behalf of the woodwind products industry, providing information on how reeds and mouthpieces are made, storage, innovations in manufacturing, and how to choose the right accessories to meet one’s personal needs.
